10 Fingers & 10 Toes

Today I had my first official doctors appointment with Dr. Epperson. We had an ultrasound done and the baby is doing great. She confirmed that I am 10 weeks along and the due date is March 9th give or take. The baby was active from the start it was crazy that at only ten weeks you can see the hands and feet and the movement of the baby. The heartbeat was a strong 174 beats per minute. The doctor said that the baby looks great and it was a "textbook"picture from the ultrasound. That is music to mom and dad's ears. I have my next 3 appointments scheduled every 4 weeks. November 5th is the big 20 week to find out if it a boy or girl. Both Tim and I think that it will be a boy, but who knows. I can still hope for a girl though.
