OK.....It has been a while!

I know that it has been a while and I have been reminded that I have not posted in a month. I'm back to work now and I everyday I have good intentions of updating the blog but then something else always comes up. I promise that I will try to be better at updating or at least post pictures. Where do I begin....I'm back working full time and the Grandma's are loving it because now they get to babysit Ella. She loves all the attention that she gets. Ella is still growing like a weed. When I measured her last week myself she is already @ 27" long. She is so long and lean. I can't begin to tell everyone how lucky Tim and I are to have such a good baby. She is such a easy going baby(Tim says that she gets that from him:) Everyday is so amazing to watch her grow and develop. She is reaching out for her toys and hair(she loves to pull hair) She holds things for herself and has rolled over from her tummy to her back for the first time. I think that she is going to break some teeth soon....soon it will be time for baby food. After her surgery @ the end of July the doctor said that we should start her on food. I guess our next purchase will be a high chair for Ella...just one more thing to add to the house. Ella found her new best friend.....Jersey. She loves to watch her, we will give Ella her tummy time and Jersey will lay in front of her and I swear that if Ella could she would start to crawl over to her. Ella loves to pet her and Jersey will usually let her except Ella likes to grab a large amount of hair and hold on for dear life. After she is done we usually will pick large amounts of cat hair from her fingers.
Enjoy the pictures.
Some days I really don't think I had anything to do with making her....she is so her daddy.
She loves to pull up her dresses.....we are going to have to work on that :)
Me & Daddy on Father's Day
Oh how I love my bath time. Soon I will to long for my tub.
Oh look dimples....I have something from my mom:)
Ella was going after Jersey.
Just relaxing after a stressful day of playing. I don't sleep enough at night, only 10+ hours every night, hahaha.....my mom is so lucky. Mom and Dad call these my power naps during the day.

10 Days Left!

I have 10 days left until I go back to work :( The time has went by so fast, but it has been so amazing to see how much my little peanut has grown. I will greatly miss her when I'm back to work, but I know that she will be in good hands. We are so blessed that Ella will have great daycare.....her Grandma's. Grandma Blaha quit her job to watch Ella and Grandma Milinski will help out between working. I know that she will be loved and have so much fun with the grandparents. Ella is still growing like a weed...we are officially in 6 month sleepers(just for the length) and she is such a good natured baby. I hope that she keeps up with her good sleeping habits at night, Ella constantly sleeps 8 hours every night and the last couple of nights we are at 9 hours and even 10 1/2 hours the other night. I know that I'm lucky, I just hope she keeps it up. Enjoy the pictures.

My little happy baby.........

is all smiles........

and loves to talk.

And then I love to sleep on Grandmashita(that is Grandma Milinski, my brother-in-law nicknamed her mammashita years ago and since the grand kids we renamed her Grandmashita. It is so funny when Alina calls her that :) This is Tim's child.....her dress up and missing a sock.

Ella gets a bath every night and she loves it.

Snuggle Bug after bath time.

Jersey.....I don't know what to say but what a little stinker. She gets stuck between the door and the screen door.

These pictures were taken within 1 day of each other. Grandpa's playing with Ella and Jersey doesn't want to be left out.

Off The Charts!

I bet that you thought I forgot about the blog.....who knew that babies were so much work :) We have been busy these last couple of weeks. First we had two doctor appointments, one with the plastic surgeon and Ella's 6 week check up. Ella's ear tag surgery is set for July 20. Dr. Jensen said they will do it out of the surgicenter not at children's hospital because she will only be put out for 20 mins. (that makes me nervous a little)Because of her weight and height the doctor said that we can have it done at 4 months. The surgery should be routine and the doctor said that it could have been much worse. I had no idea that the tags can also effect the ear and the face. Dr. Jensen said that some kids have sagging faces and jaw problems and most babies have deformed ears which leads to hearing problems. We are so fortunate that Ella's is cosmetic. We had her appointment on Thursday she was 23 1/2" long and 10lbs 15 oz, then on Monday we had our 6 week check and she was then 24" (she is off the charts, Dr.Biebel said we have a very tall girl on our hands) and she was 11lbs 5oz (80th percentile) and her head was 30th percentile. I'm having problems with the clothes for her. If she keeps getting taller and stays thin I will have to have her clothes taken in. Thank god it is summer and she can wear shorts and capri's. By her size she is developing great. Dr. Biebel said that Ella was a 4 month old level. She has rolled over on her side for the first time @ 5weeks old, she is very alert and reaches out to touch items in front of her. Ella loves to smile and make noises(we have a talker on our hands). Ella also had her 3 vaccines that day as well. Tim had to work so I took Grandma Milinski with us and she got a little teary eyed when she got the shots. Also we are lucky with her temperament, she is a easy going baby. Both Grandma's laugh at me when I tell them she is being fussy when they are over and they said if this was fussy you are so lucky. We also have a good sleeper on our hands she is up to about 6 hours at a stretch at night, then I feed her and she will go back down for 3-4 hours. The longest is 7 hours, going on 8 to 9 hopefully. We have started bath time every night before bed with her calming bubble bath and Ella loves the water. I hope that all the mom's have a great Mother's Day, we have Ella's Baptism tomorrow so I will post pictures later.
We also had her one month pictures taken. I did order the birth announcements so those should be coming in 2 weeks or so. Here are some of the pictures.

This is the only picture we got of Ella by herself in her dress before she called it quits.

This is how Ella takes naps on Daddy. To cute for words.

This is when she rolled over for the first time.

One Month Old!!

Well our little baby is a month old. Sorry it has been a while since my last post. The time off with her has gone by so fast. I'm so thankful that I don't have to go back to work at six weeks. I can't image going back to work next week. We went today to have her pictures taken for the birth announcements. She was awake for the pictures and only started to fuss at the end when we put Ella into a dress. She continues to grow both length and now is started to fill out. This week she has made mom happy with her 5 hour stretches of sleep at night. Ella so far is still a good baby, not to much fussing, only when she needs food, love, or a diaper change. Enjoy the pictures and birth announcements coming soon.
She is so cute when she sleeps.

Grandma Milinski got some good pictures of Ella.
This face is letting Grandma know I'm filling my diaper and it is not #1 :)

Look at that belly....Oh I love to stretch.

This is how mommy gets to take a shower and get ready.

3 Weeks Old!!

I can't believe that my little girl is 3 weeks old already. She is growing so much everyday. She is already 9 1/2 lbs and grew another 2 inches, she is 23" long(where did the height come from). Ella is officially out of her newborn clothes and into the 0-3 month because of her length. I feel that she grew overnight. She is sleeping ok at night, some nights are better than others, but even though Tim is back to work, he is still a great help with her when mom needs some sleep. Grandma Blaha also has been a big help with Ella during the day and she spent her first night over here to help out so I could get some more sleep, but of course Ella slept great. Ella only got up once to feed and slept 3 1/2 hours each time. I don't know what I would do without the support of my family, they are helping me keep my sanity. My mom is still in Florida, with her other 2 grandchildren, helping out my sister move into their new home, but I know my mom can't wait to spend time with Ella. This is her first grandchild that lives in the same state. Ella now loves to smile(trying to get it on camera is so hard) and is trying to get some sounds out. She loves to lay on her changing table and look at the shelf above. Thank god for that, she keeps quiet while changing her diaper. And we always know when she is going to the bathroom, she has faces for #1 and #2. She makes us laugh with each new face that she makes. Also we introduced Ella to a bottle a few days ago and not to our surprise she takes it like a champ. Now I can leave the house for more than 3 hours at a time.
Here are a few pictures of Ella.
Daddy was making her smile in her pack n play, but Mommy was to slow with the camera.

Now that her cord fell off, she likes her tummy time.

Here is her hospital picture at 3 days old.

I gave birth to Tim Jr.

I can't believe that Ella is almost 2 weeks old already. Time really goes by fast, I need to take each day at a time and enjoy my time off with Ella. Tim went back to work yesterday and he only called once. I know that it is hard for him to be away from his princess, he is so in love with his little girl. So far Ella has been a really good baby. She is eating well(look at those cheeks) and sleeping good. The other night she slept for 5 hours then I got up to feed her and change her and then she went back down for another 4 hours. If only all nights could go that well. She only gets fussy at night when she needs a diaper change or to be feed. I think that it is really helping that I'm watching what I'm eating to prevent her from getting gas or an upset stomach. It has helped me as well, I'm only 2 pounds off my pre-pregnancy weight and still going. Ella has been getting a lot of love and attention from the family and she loves every minute. Here are some pictures, hope you enjoy.

Everyday she looks more like her Daddy, but Ella still has light eyes that we are hoping that will stay blue.

Grandpa Blaha love his Ella time.

Ella enjoying her tummy time.
So precious when she sleeps, we love to kiss those cheeks.
